1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and Fanek ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Ludo Prime mobile video game application (Package ID: com.fanek.ludo) and any related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Ludo Prime, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Application and you must delete it immediately.

2. End-User License Grant

Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, Fanek grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to download, install, and execute Ludo Prime solely on personal Android mobile devices and tablets that you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not convey any ownership interest in or to the Application or any software components therein.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, database architectures, algorithmic gameplay rules, vector graphics, custom shaders, 3D render designs, UI components, procedural synthesizer algorithms, and the "Ludo Prime" brand logo are the exclusive intellectual property of Fanek or its licensors.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress associated with Ludo Prime are protected under international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, publicly display, or distribute any part of the Application without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Actions

As a user of Ludo Prime, you agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application or any component thereof.
• Modify, adapt, improve, enhance, translate, or create derivative works from the Application.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright or trademark notices) posted by Fanek.
• Use the Application for any commercial revenue-generating endeavor or any purpose for which it is not designed.
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, loan, or make the Application binaries available over a network to multiple devices.
• Exploit any glitch, bug, or unauthorized modification to compromise gameplay integrity.

5. Offline Gameplay, Bots & Fair Play

Ludo Prime is an offline, client-side board game simulation:

• Artificial Intelligence: All bot players operate via local deterministic mathematical heuristics. Bot dice rolls and moves are governed by randomized client-side seeds without bias or external tampering.
• Virtual Items / Economy: Any coins, ranks, trophies, or virtual stats displayed in the game are solely entertainment representations with zero real-world currency value, cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes, and are not transferable.
• No Gambling: Ludo Prime is strictly a traditional skill and probability board game simulator. It does not offer real-money gambling or an opportunity to win real money.

6. Application Updates & Availability

Fanek reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, update, patch, suspend, or discontinue Ludo Prime (or any feature therein) at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Application.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FANEK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE APPLICATION’S CONTENT AND ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE APPLICATION.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL FANEK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Application are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights granted under your local jurisdiction.
