We firmly believe that players should enjoy classic board games without surrendering their digital privacy. We explicitly confirm that the Application does not collect, monitor, harvest, or transmit any of the following categories of data:

3. Device Permissions Audit

Ludo Prime adheres to the principle of least privilege. The application’s manifest (AndroidManifest.xml) declares zero dangerous permissions. Specifically:

• No Internet Permission: android.permission.INTERNET is not requested. The game operates entirely on your physical device.
• No Storage Permission: android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE or WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE are not requested.
• No Camera / Audio Permission: android.permission.CAMERA and RECORD_AUDIO are not requested. All game sound effects are generated mathematically in-memory via procedural synthesis.
• No Background Location: android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION is not requested.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Families Policy)

Ludo Prime is a family-friendly board game designed for audiences of all ages, including children under the age of 13.

We strictly comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy:

• We do not knowingly collect, request, or solicit any personal identifiable information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).
• The game does not include chat rooms, public leaderboards, user profiles, or open communication channels.
• There are no advertisements, interest-based tracking, or behavioral profiling mechanisms present.

5. Third-Party Services, SDKs & Advertisements

Ludo Prime contains no third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, or behavioral trackers.

• No Ad Networks: We do not integrate Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, IronSource, or any commercial advertising SDK.
• No Tracking Trackers: We do not integrate Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics for Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Facebook Graph SDK.
• Open-Source Frameworks: The application is built using the Flutter Framework and Flame Engine, distributed solely as self-contained client-side rendering libraries with no telemetry reporting.

6. Local Device Storage & Data Retention

Any game preferences you configure (such as sound on/off toggles or current board selection) are stored strictly within the private sandbox memory allocated to Ludo Prime by the Android operating system on your physical device.

This data is never transmitted to external cloud servers. If you uninstall the Application or clear its application storage through Android System Settings, all local preferences are permanently and irrevocably deleted.

7. International Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

Under international privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU/UK) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA):

• Right to Know / Access: Since we do not collect, process, or store personal information on servers, we hold no personal data records regarding individual users.
• Right to Deletion: You may delete all locally saved game preferences at any time by clearing application data or uninstalling Ludo Prime.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell, rent, disclose, or monetize personal information.
• Non-Discrimination: We provide the same full game experience to all users regardless of their privacy jurisdiction.
